Just listened to Janelle Monae's - The ArchAndroid. It's amazing!
 
I'm looking for more music similar to this, its fantastic!

Check out her EP.  Not quite as progressive as Archandroid but still equal in terms of musicality.  Some days I prefer it over Archandroid

I would check out some Kelis stuff. They're all pretty good, maybe Tasty or Kelis was Here for her albums more specifically like ArchAndroid.

She's done some work with Outkast, so they'd be a place to go too.
