Just got my JW1's
Not sure what i was expecting but don't think these will see much action from me.

Pros
They're comfortable, light and non-intrusive since they basically a flat speaker sat over your ear. So long-time listening won't be an issue here as no pressure applied anywhere that i felt
Obviously don't provide any sound isolation so maybe for biking in the city where you need to be able to hear what's going on or a gym maybe as they let your ears breathe still.
Great for taking calls / zoom meetings / audiobooks / podcasts

Cons
Sound is reasonably strong / loud but lacking any real bass energy. Its not missing entirely but no "feel" of bass punch, just some vague bass and the sound signature to me is very mid heavy - definite radio vibes
Case is fairly large and i think would crack or come off if shoved into a bag and some pressure applied as when it slides open it's very flimsy / wobbly and just a small amount of friction holding the case closed so takes
The shape of the earphones is pretty fixed (inflexible wings) so getting them on is a little fiddly and if they don't fit your ears well there's not a lot you can do about them.
Sound-bleed is pretty strong on these again due to being a 10-12 mm unchanneled speaker - deffo a no-no if you're in a quiet room with co-workers / family close by

Overall the sound lacks more than i'm willing to put up with so musically i just won't use them as that little speaker has no ability to project the bass side of things into your ear. Luckily only spent £22 on them so an affordable write-off but i'd struggle to recommend these outside of a few specific use-cases

Thanks for sharing your experience. Comparing with the sound quality with our wired headphones, the JW1 may not be able to beat them.
But the convenience and price of JW1 will let us consider about it.
