Hello, i have an Ipod classic gen 5.5 color 80go.

Iv'e heard that the Wolfson Audio Chipset on it is very good.

The fact is: Should i feel a difference of quality if i use any Mp3 player (like sansa clip +) & the Ipod classic with the good wolfson chipset if i rely them both with my fiio e7

The DAC is fine. I wouldn't change it. The only annoying thing about the older iPods is that sometimes you can hear the disk spinning. If it's a matter of spending $100 or so more on a DAC, I'd buy more music or other gear instead (or save the money as they did in ancient times).

Well. The sound of the jax output of the ipod classic is analog ?
And i think ill need an amp anyway i like my sound loud.

The DAC chip converts the digital information of the music file to an analog signal, voltage that corresponds to the sound pressure you hear. Since the internal DAC is fine and you want an amp, buy an amp. As to listening loud, be careful with that because you don't want to lose your hearing or have other problems.
