Dude, I've gotten screwed with 8gb Nano's on eBay 3 times...when I thought they were incredible deals. After all the hassle, I just broke down and bought it from Circuit City...eBay sucks.

I paid the BIN price and they never sent the item. And this was from seller's with 98% positive feedback and 1000's of transactions on their history. I had to use Paypal to get my money back every time.
