Ever since I've updated iTunes (and the corresponding Pure Music update) on my Mac Mini, I've been getting very frequent "unexpected quit" alerts. When I emailed Channel D support, part of their reply included this quote:
 

We have observed that iTunes 11.0.3 is not stable (compared to ALL previous versions of iTunes) and has problems running (by itself) with certain DACs.

 
I'm using this combo to drive a Gungnir (with latest USB board). If their premise is correct, then other Mac users should also have problems with this model DAC. Anyone out there also having problems??
 
BTW - Channel D support has been very responsive and great to work with!
