Agree, or done properly... with a budget that can lead to a good movie, with good actors etc.

Yeah...again no offense to Caucasians, but casting them in an Asian role is recipe for awful. Forbidden Kingdom is one example, where that ruined the entire movie for me. The Last Samurai is another example, although I admittedly did enjoy that particular movie.

But Forbidden Kingdom really made me mad. The white kid trounced all over my hopes and dreams of having a really good Sun Wu Kong (Monkey King) movie.

This reminds me of Bulletproof Monk and The Forbidden Kingdom. Why Chow Yun-Fat take this movie? Is he in economic hard times?
