read this today on a forum and cringed..

Every now and then at my job someone will send an email to a global distribution list-- essentially to a bunch of people who are not directly involved in the content of the message.

Here's where it gets funny. People become easily irritated when their mailbox fills up with needless emails. So what do they do? They respond to the email (but they do a reply all) and say, "Please take me off of this email list!".

Then another person responds to this response, again replying all "Yes. Please take me off also."

Then to top it off, another person responds again replying all, "Please do not respond directly to this email by replying all because it fills our mailboxes."
