I just got an email from a fellow Head-Fier congratulating me on getting a letter published in Stereophile... Cool!

Yes, I haven't gotten a chance to make a fake ID...

...seriously, though, I really don't see the point. Why pay $7 for a magazine when I can get all the **** I could ever want for free, off the internet?

(and should I ever feel the urge, I can name three places off the top of my head that will gladly sell me ****/sex toys/condoms/etc, since I have something that passes for a credit card)

Actually it is $7.99. *ultra smartass*

And you are allowed to buy condoms regardless of age.....sex toys, I don't know.

I haven't been carded since I was 12. I was 6' tall when I was 13. I used to get all my friends to see R rated movies because I would act as their guardian.

Well, your letter is not in April, May or June. I have misplaced my July and I was too lazy to buy August.

Hmm... I don't even know of three places off the top of my head to find that stuff and that is a good thing.

Good point... Though the really good condoms (Kimono MicroThins, etc) aren't exactly availible at the local QFC. (Toys in Babeland is probably the only place that would have 'em, but they're all the way over in Seattle...).

Oh, and that's not necessarily a good thing, it just means you spend more time thinking about high end audio/cars/pens/etc than you do about reproduction. Which could be normal; I'm not a 34 year old man but a hormone-charged teenager, so I wouldn't know.



KR- I would have been published as Eric / eric343 / etc. There'll be an Eric in there somewhere, that's for sure...

Good point... I'm 6'4", and if I don't shave for a day or two...

I've just gone blind. I did NOT need to know that much.

I'm thinking that I might not have bought July in fact. But this place is an absolute mess. I'm sure I'll find the remains of Amelia Earhart before Thursday as I'm cleaning up.

I was in a really bad relationship that ended last summer and I'm still messed up over it.
