The problem was a thin piece of metal that stuck under the opamp and was causing a short curcuit it seems. Nothing damaged..

Now that it works and it was such a simple error (my bad! duh)
Got any suggestions on opamps i may try to replace my 843s with, they sound fine but i want to try a few others, something with a more open sound and a tad brighter. The 843s sounds a little held back almost, but fine never the less.

I got hold of 2 pieces of 8610 from a friend. But as i have serious trouble getting hold of more of thoose in sweden, i should be able to use another opamp for the ground? Which opamp should i try to aquire to fill that position?

I think if you read most of the posts on the PIMETA, it doesn't make a difference. Seems the BUF634 cancels out any discernable difference in the ground channel. Any suitable single-channel FET-style opamp should work: OPA132, OPA627, OPA637, AD843, AD8065, AD8610, etc., etc.
