Hey all:

Out of lurk here...looking for impressions on dynamic HPs that are comfortable for couching to video, and lying down to tunes. Ultimate fi is less relevant here (I have Staxes for that), but need deeeep bass and minimum physical fatigue. Senn 600s are a bit too vice like, even with stretching (fathead?) and don't go quite as subterranian as I would like for these apps.

Sony F-1, but does it go deep? Sony CDR2k/3k? AT W-1000 comfy for lying down? Beyers? Don't even mention B*ze...

Thanks,

WMS

hd600s aren't comfy for you? damn...

if you can take the flaming maybe some sony v900s would work. no one can deny they're super comfy and i like the bass out of them. kind of dark but i think the fidelity is pretty good too. but that may just be me.

The CD-3000's go deep and I listen for hours everynight lying down. They work well with or without an amp and have been good with all the amps I've owned.

take a look at the V6. they have great, accurate, deep bass, but IMO, the bass is just a little too loud and pronounced.

If you have a source (or amp) that can drive them, the DT 770 are perfect for your needs
