Wow.
I had no idea these guys were such talented musicians.
Just a little too much growling, but I guess ill get over it.
I have Oceanic-which album to get next (or other bands?).
The less grrrrrrrrrrring the better

The thought of the upcoming ISIS/TOOL show is almost too much for me to handle.

I would seriously check out the band Pelican, the are very similar to Isis, but no vocals!

Man I forgot Tool is touring with them. I've got a little over a month to get acquainted with their discography

Did you just make that up or does it actually mean something?

It was a half joke, I guess.

There's alot of Hardcore influence in their music, it is really noticable unlike alot of the other sludge bands, I liked the band called 13, pity they never made an album though. Not surprised considering the lead vocalist/guitarist is in another metalcore band called "Old Man's Gloom".

I liked Panopticon better than Oceanic. I enjoy the music, but it can get tedious. I think Pelican have a better sound without the pointless growls, but again its a tad too tedious.
