Is this the same amplifier or two different models?

Hi everybody.... i am planing on buying a tiny vacuum tube amplifier just to see how they sounds like. I can't afford much so i found these two. One is called Bravo V2 and i guess it's pretty famous all around for being cheap etc.... the other is called Little bear.. i found both of them on e bay and little bear seems cheaper than bravo v2. From the looks of it, they are same, is it the same thing from two different companies or it's just totally two different products....? just have a loook

In a very general and basic sense they are based off the same design idea, but several different companies or sweat shops? (in China) made them.
The PCB boards are not the exact same and the quality of the parts might be different and the amount the capacitors will hold might be less on the cheaper model(s).
Some models might work with a wider variety of tubes.
Some of the models you can adjust the voltage for the right and left channels, some are fixed voltage
For around $5-$7 you can get the DT830 digital meter to check right and left voltages.
The 9 volt battery the DT830B comes with might be low quality, so you might expect to have to buy a new (quality)  9 volt battery

It's recommended to give the little tube amps about 15 minutes to fully warm up before checking and adjusting (balancing?) and fine tuning the voltages.
The factory (sweat shop?) where there are assembled might only warm it up for a minute and do a rough voltage adjustment/tuning before the unit gets shipped out
