I'm looking at ordering this CD from BMG:

Is it the same as this one:

http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/AS...419956-9234517

The covers look the same, but BMG lists the release date as 1966, while Amazon lists it as 1990.

Did BMG just screw up the dating, or is the BMG version something that hasn't been remastered? I can't find any evidence to suggest that there ever was a 1966 version.

BMG lists by original release date, Amazon lists by the date the cd was issued. its the same cd.

the real 1966 version is on those funny large black discs... you know, they look like laserdiscs but they're made of vinyl or something
