Originally i am looking for the Best Competitive Experience with Great Single Player Experience

This is what i have put together so far, have not purchased anything but...

Spending Limit is $450
PS4 -> Astro Mixamp Pro 2014 Edition (Releases in October) ($130-150)  -> BoomPro Microphone (30$) -> HD 598 (181.99$ - 208.99$) (w/ 2-3 year warranty 29$-49$)

Astro Mixamp Pro Notes: The 2013 Edition is 48ohm, so something compatible? 
Detachable Aux from Headphones is a Must! 
 
Anyone have a better suggestion?

The Mixamp is 48ohm, would the beyerdynamic still work at its full potential ?

That might be the Output Impedance , since its so DAMN high the 990 will be better , you'll hear more distortions on the already poor performing 598s 
48 ohms is a very high Output Impedance , that will result in bad damping hence over all wretched sound with low impedance headphones.

So the 598s are not really worth getting with the astro mix amp even though rated 9/10 competitive on the Mad Lust Envy's Headphone Gaming Guide.

Since you're on console there aren't many options 
I would just choose  a high impedance headphone for a amp which has a 48Ohm OI
