Hi Guys

I bought these koss sporta pro headphones for my wife, this is literally the 3rd pair she's had (with the other two having cord problems/channel drop outs). This time around they snapped at the plastic arm for the left phone. I assume no one has ever repairs something as drastic as this but i thought i'd check if anyone knew of a solution. Its a shame to throw them out

Yep, Send them back to Koss for a replacement ($6 for shipping)? They have a lifetime warranty, no questions asked. And I doubt you can repair it, would be more trouble that it's worth, you'd need to glue a backing strip at the very least, but I'm not sure the glue would hold.

x3 lifetime warraunty.

I would be tempted to smash them up further so they could fit in an envelope =p

Get some Parts-Express mini headphones and transplant the Koss drivers to the Parts-Express headband for some Ghetto Portas. :)
