Could some of you inform me of how well this amplifier will drive the Sennheiser HD650's?

CR-H255 DAB CD/DAB Receiver with USB

The specs say it is a 25 Watt amp, is this any good at all?

Doesn't look like it - cool little device though. The HD650 is very demanding, and you'll really want a dedicated headphone amp if ou decide to go with them. Tube amps are your best bet, as they provide enormous amounts of voltage.
