Hi i'm still looking for a good amp that
i can use both on pc and my iphone. I found
this on Ebay : http://viewitem.eim.ebay.dk/FiiO-E7--E07K-FiiO-Andes-FREE-UK-DELIVERY-Authorised-FiiO-Dealer/300909303127/item

Would this be a good choice for my CAL Headphones
and for pc listening?

I just Got Asus D2/PM too:)

An amp is unnecessary with these headphones and either device. The headphones are a 32 ohm load that dips to 25 ohms, which is an easy load for any device to drive.  The sound card has way more output capability than the headphone need, in fact, is capable of producing a dangerously high headphone level of 123dB peak!  The iPhone will have no problem either.

Don't bother with the amp, nothing to be gained, only money lost.

Well that sounds nice since i use the headphones
mostly on pc and now and then with iPhone. I also
Got the sennheiser pc323d and wonder if there is
a better sound output on Them too once i get the
Xonar D2 istallled soon?

Least i'm planning on the Beyerdynamic T770pro
or Denon 1100d for later upgrade:) Are these fine
for my card?

Thank's for quick reply:wink:

Your card will drive pretty much anything.  Don't let the current popular interest in headphone amps confuse you.  Your card is designed to drive low impedance speakers, so headphones are no problem at all.

Hi went for a good deal on Denon AH-D1100
for 100$ from a Hifi stor here in Denmark:)
Tried them with my iphone few days ago and
wow the get loud compared to Beyerdynamic
Dt 770 pro.
Know that the BD 770 pro is a 80 ohm hp but
the 32 ohm Denon fine for my needs :)

And you don't think an amp will make any
difference with my new setup?
