I just moved into an apartment and the people below me pound on the ceiling if a church mouse snores inside my place.  I have a nice home theater and I can't use it without being hassled constantly.  I use a pair of BD DT 990 Pro 250 ohm's on my PC with a O2 amp and I was wondering if it would be possible to get some type of wireless transmitter/receiver setup that would allow me to use a similar or the same headphone setup with my home theater without running a long wire from my receiver.  I know this is a tall order and I imagine I could probably get a nice wireless Sennheiser setup for the same price, but I am just exploring all of my options.

Try this one, although the original intent was to be able to install them with the sender near your seat (and the laptop) then the receiver near your speakers' amp. There's a NuForce like it but it only takes USB; if your receiver has an optical SPDIF pass-through then you can use that to feed the digital audio into this.
