As far as I know there is more than one manufacturer using Penguin Caffeine mint tins-- Headphonia is the one I bought from and they used the AD8397 and it sounds great with Grados.
Other manufacturers are probably using different op amps though.
Considering the Penguin now, Leo? They seem really nice. The maker I know of is Penguin Amp Intl, at penguinamp.com. The Caffeine Ultra ($69) was out of stock until very recently; The Royal ($99) adds a bypass, which would be nice for a/b testing, but that's about all; both use the AD8397.
