I'm in Astoria, Queens, and the guy who I bought the four tubes from (he or she's in Germany) did a rotten job packing them - I could hear them moving around in their white tube boxes even before I opened the outer box (which itself was fairly flimsy).  I think they're fine, but I want to double-check, in case I have to file a complaint with ebay.  They're four Telefunkens, E88CC tubes, and they cost me a fortune.  I'd love to be able to test these tubes sooner than later, so that I don't "time out" if I do have to file a claim with ebay.  Otherwise, if anyone knows of someone or a company here in town (or nearby) that tests tubes, that would be great.   Thanks in advance!
