Hey guys, I have a quick question for you all. I currently have a Zune 80, and I'm wondering if it's worth upgrading to a Cowon S9 or D2+. I hear that the Zune has quite a nice DAC compared to other players and the overall sound is very nice. So, back to my other question, would it be worth getting a Cowon?

i would like to say, Cowon is the same league as ZUNE. So if you really want some thing much difference, investment to a decent earphone or earphone amp.

Upgrading IEMs/headphones and using a higher bitrate (unless you're already at 256 or higher) will give the biggest differences. Unless you just want something with an EQ, different features, or don't want to be tied down to the Zune software, the Zune will sound good enough. My S4's don't like my cmoy, so I wouldn't reccomend buying an amp with the S4's.
