From joker's list [http://theheadphonelist.com/headphone-list/], it seems that most of the high-end IEMs have been released for more than one year.

Are you looking for a universal fit or custom?

Generally speaking, it is good to go for IEMs (can be broadened to any electronic equipment) that are released for some time already, since for example, manufacturers can implement fixes for faults found.

Well, thank you. But for me more than 2 years is too much. For example, k3003 has been released for like 3 years. if it's launched within a year, that is acceptable. I consider both universal and custom.
