The subject says it all. Is there a replacement cord that can be purchased or a way to shorten the length of the cord? Any information that can be provided would be appreciated.

Is the cord even removable? Most cords are not. In that case, you can cut the cord to your liking and add a 1/8 or 1/4in jack yourself. It's do it yourself but shouldn't be too hard.
