I recently put Gummy ICS on my Samsung Fascinate (Awesome OS, few and minor bugs), and I noticed that Voodoo Sound no longer seems to work on it. (There's literally no difference when I enable and disable DAC direct, no pause in the sound or anything)
Is there a custom kernel or other fix that will allow Voodoo to work on it, or am I stuck until they come out with an update?

Well, what kernel is the ROM using? The only custom kernel I see on xda is the Icy Glitch. Also did you try the 4.0.4 AOKP instead of Gummy?

Install Icy Glitch.  It has Voodoo support, while the stock CM9 kernel with Gummy does not.
