Yeah, title says it all.
Someone owes me $20, but doesn't use paypal. I was wondering if I can get payed via credit card...
I don't want to upgrade my account however...

If I have to upgrade, is there someone out there with an already upgraded account willing to pay me via paypal $18 and take the $20 from him?
Yeah, $2 just for doing a little transaction for me.
