Hi,
 
I travel a lot and would like to know if there is high quality amp that drives STAX headphones and has a SMPS that has autoranging voltage input 100-240V and is lighter than 10lb / 5kg and cheaper than 1.5k ?
I would like to use it with 407 or L500 or L700.

You could use a 252 amp which uses an external power supply - and get a switchable PS for that.
It's also the smallest Stax amp dimension wise.

The 252 with one of Spritzer's global power supplies for it should probably be exactly what you're looking for. Only concern is plug shape may not match wherever you are.
