Hello- is there a auto installer for Rockbox for iRiver H140 players for Windows users?

I have an Ipod and installed Rockbox using the auto installer found at Ipod Wizard and it was easy to install. I was hoping there is a auto installer for iRiver H140.

It's been awhile since I installed Rockbox and I'm rusty on the process, but I remember it was easy. I believe this is the procedure I followed, although I recall there are other similar FAQ's on the net as well; hope this helps:
