i currently have a headsix and i was wondering, if i
can have a amp that i can charge with USB or
an amp that runs on AA batteries.
having a extra 9v batteries and the charger
just for my amp has been too much of a hassle..
i want to get something simple, like a USB rechargable or
an AA.

is there a nice portable amp that can allow me to
have something like this?

The PA2v2 uses 2 AA batteries for power and, if you use rechargeable batteries, you can utilize a built in charging circuit and power supply to recharge it. If you want to use standard alkaline batteries, you have a slight hassle with the fact that you have to remove two screws to get to the battery chamber.

Edit--I just realized you own the head six. I've never used it but it looks like the PA2v2 may be a downgrade from that amp. Again, I've never used it myself so I wouldn't be able to state that as confirmed opinion.
