Is there a big difference between the Steelseries Siberia V2 and the Shure srh840?

Hi! I wonder if there is a big difference between these two in sound, I know the one is for gaming and the other for music/studio. I am a totally noob in this, so I don't really know. I am going to buy the srh840, from what I have seen I like them but I don't know if there is a big difference.
