I recently upgraded my headphones to the Beyerdynamic DT 880 and amp to the Schiit Vali.  I am considering upgrading my DAC as well, but I do not want to spend more than what the Modi costs.  Is the Modi a noticeable upgrade from the Sabre?  I asked this in the introductions and recommendations forum, but I got split responses.  I think I have the older (not the async) model of the Sabre.
