I'm thinking of getting these earphones because their pretty cheap and have a good review, however they are apparently specifically designed for more bassier music...so would that work well for more punk/pop punk/metal and a bit of acoustic?
 
I'm also thinking about the SONY MDR-EX37 earbuds...
