Is the   Lepai LP-2020A+ have enough power to drive pioneer Pioneer SP-BS21.  Ive been looking around for an answer and some say the lepai amp doesnt put out enough watts. thanks for all the help

Depends on what you mean. Does it have enough power to drive them really loud? No. 
 
Does it have enough power for reasonable listening volumes and to drive them as loud as most desktop multimedia systems in the same price range as this setup. Yes.
 
So it will depend on how loud is loud enough for you. However, keep in mind that there's not an alternative amp at that price point. Gotta spend a good bit more money if you want more volume.
