Yes.
Kingwa emailed me the codes but more significantly he sent me two replacement remotes for the very reasonable cost of just $5 US. The replacement remotes work OK but have to be aimed directly at the front of the amp to transmit the signal. (Better than nothing.)

From what I can tell, the glass of the display is what the signal has to make it through to hit the receiver on A-GD products with remotes.
