is sony d321 at $ 30 worth it...working set??

yes it's a good deal because I heard the D-321 goes for $70.00 and up if it's in perfect working condition.

I got mine for $23 off of ebay plus it came with a bonus sony discman.

I have one -- I use it mostly for the optical out -- but its ok straight from the headphone out. I payed a lot more than $30 for it btw.
