I'm considering getting e3c's as an upgrade to my e2c's...are they really much better than the Senn px-200? If the extra $100 (on a good day) are really only for the size factor, then I'm not sure if I could justify it.

Yes, there are details you don't even hear on the PX200 in comparison to the E3c.

I remember trying out the PX200 for the first time, and thought, "Hey, this isn't that bad..".. Then I put the E3c back on, and remembered there's all these background instruments that was almost completely missing on the PX200.
