I want to buy a CD player for my WA3+DT880 combo.
My music collection consists of 70% Classics, 20% Rocks and 10% Country.
What I love is transparent and dynamic sounds.
 
Is NAD C546 BBE a good idea or I should enhance budget?

The NAD has lower noise and distortion than either the Woo or the headphones - the headphones are by a big margin the limiting factor and I speak as a happy DT880 owner - for CD the NAD is more than adequate to extract all the information on a CD.

All of these manufacturers have models capable of low enough noise and distortion that they should be perceptually transparent, to me that is what a CD player is meant to do, extract the information from the disc without adding or taking away anything much.If two CD players really do sound very different then it is either a matter of poor level matching, a poor comparison method or at least one of them is altering the sound significantly - there are CD players which do do this of course but strangely enough many of them also happen to be extremely expensive... go figure
