I started having problems with my Zero DAC. Had if for a few years and ran it with out any issues. But out of the blue it started acting up. I get this poping and crackling sound. Some times the noise is there and some time it's not. Some times is loud and other times it's quiet and in the background. It happens when run USB out of my PC. It comes through the headphone out and line out. I haven't tried to see if it happens when I run a SPDIF in. I don't think the box is broken, I assume it's a driver issue. It happens when I play 16/44 and 24/48 files. Any ideas on what is wrong and how I can fix it?
 
I don't even know how I can uninstall the drivers and reinstall them; it's plug and play.
