I'm interesting in Luxman P1u but I need 220V versiob which I can't find. I found 100V(Japanese) and 115(US)Version.
 
Can P1u change the input voltage by changing jumper or switch?

Probably not, but I've seen 220V units in Hong Kong, and mingo claims they're official (which I believe, since well, it's mingo).

The P-1 had a transformer with numerous primaries, and could be rewired to any voltage.
The P-1u on the other hand has one fixed voltage only, depending of your choice (110v, 115v, 230v)

Not all appear to have multiple primaries.  Some might have a single primary with 117V and 100V taps but this hasn't been verified yet.

Does 110-115V P-1u version (for North America) have universal transformer?

I heard that nowadays Luxman makes two versions of P-1u and P-200. One 100V for internal market and another 110-115V/230V for outside of Japan.
 
Does anybody know any information about it? Please answer!

That one has a lot of wires but it's hard to determine what they are just from that pic.  They could be two 0-100-117V windings but all the Luxmans I've seen have a shield wire so there should be 7 wires.

The only way to be sure is to lift up that board to see the underside and measure the transformer.
