Hi, Is Little Dot Micro + good to use with shure e500 and Zune? Or please suggest some good amp under 100. Please help a newbie. Thanks.

I have the regular gain version and they do not work together. There's an insane amount of hiss. I'm not sure how the low gain version of the LDM+ is though. =T

from what I've read (I don't own either) the zune should be just fine with IEMs on the headphone out. I'm not sure anything sub $100 will be much of an improvement in that area. Could someone that's tried both comment here? I've tried the e500 with a LDM (non+) off my H120 and they were alright. I wasn't a huge fan of the e500, but it was a nice sound.

I own a LDM+ and it's on par with the headphone out of my ipod video... Don't waste your money on it, IMHO. If you want to stay cheap but have a good amp, take a look at the go-vibe. Great bang for the buck there.
