is lavry da10 a good dac for classical music?

Guessing from what I've heard about the internal DACs, the DA10 will be more analytical and the VDA-2 will be warmer. Take your pick.

so do you mean vda-2 is coloured than DA10 ?

Its a fantastic DAC for classical...in fact...ive been testing it out between my modded Zhaolu and classical is where it just beats the pants of the zhaolu..

Its sounds almost grainy...with the Zhaolu you can cleary make out the taps of a roll on a cymbal...or a make out each hit of the mallet on the timpani.

The detail is fantastic also.

I think what above poster means is the Lavry is brighter over all sounding...i never heard the VDA-2 so i dunno.

I didnt find it bright myself..however im using the 650s which are a dark can.
