Fundamentally you only need to drill 2 holes for the cables, unsolder the wireless circuit and solder the cables to the drivers.
However many wireless headphones (usally portable bluetooth headphones) also contain a DSP circuit that rectifies tuning problems.
As a result, many of these wireless headphones sound really bad in wired-mode.
So the question more greatly depends on the headphone in question.
