Just stuck them on my wifes head and she turned them up to a moderate/loud level and I could barely hear them. There is a little sound but not enough to tell what she was listening to. Hopefully that helps.

I got around to re-cabling the 372's with Mogami 2839. I, also, installed a damping mat on the back side of the black insert inside the cups. I think the sound mellowed out a bit (bass and highs are more laid back). Plus, the soundstage has improved a little and seem to be a bit more airy. I think they sound very good for their price (I just wish they were a little more comfortable). I would like to hear other peoples opinion on these as my ears are accustomed to loudspeakers.
