does anyone knows if it's possible to bend akg y50 so they'll be wider and have less clamping force?

Nope.
The headband is plastic, so it won't bend.

But you might be able to 'reform' it's shape.
If it's a thermoplastic, it might be possible to reform it by mounting it on a very wide object like a stack of books or a bowling ball (for example) and applying heat to the headband with a hair dryer or a heatgun, while checking every 20-40 seconds if it's making any difference, depending on how hot the air is.

This method will slowly but surely cause the headband to change shape, but there's really no way of knowing if it will ruin the aesthetics or finish on the plastic, or indeed the fit of the headphone. So only use this as a last resort method.

I've used this method with varying degress of success on 3 different headphones, mostly to INCREASE the pressure of an old headband that's been bent out of shape over the years.
