I bought an new shure se530 from amazon and I found the Line of the earphone is pretty rigid? Is it normal? Should I change an new?

I'm not sure what you mean by rigid, but when the old cables got stiff, they became hard and had no flexibility at all. The new ones are flexible. However, that doesn't mean you can tie them in knots. You may be expecting them to be much more flexible than they normally are. |
