when I turn the volume up (headphones' built in volume adjuster) for the RS180 wireless headphones I can hear noise, but if I turn the volume down lower the noise goes away
 
is this normal? (btw it never used to do this when I first got the headphones, 3 weeks later now it does it)

I've no noise with my Rs180. They  cut the WIFI of my old router but with the new one no problem at all. I think that if you triy them in an isolated room with no interference and still hear the sound your pair has the problem. I've read that people had this issue and they had to change them. I hope this help you.
