Hi,i am looking for some time to upgrade(or just get a different sound...)
my HD595 headphones.
after some investigations and hearing opinions from you guys,i found the denons to be a nice pair. ,they have enough bass and dateiled and clear at the same time.

but...would it be a great different in sound compare to the senns?
i dont wont to spent money and to get the (more or less) same sound.
i also want it to have a little upgrade in sound(just a little...) to feel that i move up in the scale and NOT DOWN!

DO ANY OF YOU GUYS THINK ITS A WORTH UPGRADE.?..ANYONE MAYBE HAVE OR HEARD THIS TWO(HD595 AND AH-D2000) BEFORE?

i would be glad to hear your honest opinions.

by the way..i have the ULTRA MICRO AMP from headroom so amplification is not a problem (even if its not the greatest amp in the world...but its amazing!)

THX!

I thing i will go for the d5000! i would prefer to go for sure and not take my chances with the 2000 model..although its also pretty fine i guess,
but i think that an extra 200 dollars gotta be worth something.

and exuse me for the stupidity, but im kinda new in all the headphones/amps
buisness and i gotta ask you guys...what you mean by "markl"..?

The D2000's are a big upgrade from the HD 595, the D5000's even bigger. There are many mods out there, but I think you should go for the stock version at first, then decide where to go from there if you still feel the need.

I am very happy with my stock D2000's, I daily compare them to my HD 650, and they're both much better than the HD 595, in every area.

I owned both 595 and d2000 stock and it's worth for the upgrade....

and in my case d2000 work well even when unamped

SO I FINALLY DECIDED TO GO WITH THE D5000!
I FEEL I DID THE RIGHT CHOISE. I DIDNT HEAR EVEN ONE COMPLAIN ON THIS HEADPHONES,ONLY GOOD THINGS. AND I THINK IT WILL BE A DIFFERENT SOUND SIG FROM THE HD595 AND I WILL BE VERY HAPPH WITH THE EXTRA BASS AND EXTRA CLARITY.

THX FOR HELP ME MAKING THE RIGHT CHOICE FELLOWS!

No problemo, the denons have a very different sound signature, and they have more passion when it comes to the lows. Oh and good capslockday to you too sir
