Hi,

I'm mostly watching DVD movie from PC with Chaintech AV-710 and some MP3 music and CD of pop and classical. Will Sennheiser HD555 overkill for it? Should I go to 497 instead?

I am ready to purchase HD555, just can't help to ask your idea?

I have a HD202 right now.

Nope, the HD555 is a great set of all around headphones that's fairly forgiving.
