Exactly what the title says. I've found a 2000TT for $35, and I want to know if its a worthwhile upgrade from my Denon.
Is a Marantz 2000TT an upgrade from a Denon DP-15F?

If memory serves me right, the Denon is Quartz controlled. At this end of the market the quartz lock could give you a more dynamic and punchy sound compared to the Marantz. So I would stick with it, given the choice between the two.
