Does anybody know what (big) differences are there between iRiver's iFP-790 & iFP-890 players?

Apart from the small differences in dimensions/weight and the slightly different design, I can't seem to find any other.

These were significant to me.

1) Thickness (8xx is thicker)

2) Location of line-in jack (on side of 8xx)

3) Type of USB jack door (rubber on 8xx, sliding plastic on 7xx)

In terms of features they are the same. They only differ physically as above.

I believe the 800 series is a Best Buy exclusive in the US too.

I see. I was under the impression that a difference in features was hidden behind those two model numbers, that's why I asked.

IpagMan, regarding points number 2 & 3: what is your take on them? Is it more convenient to have the line-in jack on the side? And should I assume that the rubber door on the USB jack is much better than the plastic one?
