Maybe that is why so cheap.

Hahah yeah, I mean I've seen them. The screen is nice, tactile feedback is nice and the sound quality isn't quite that bad, but I'd buy a clix2 or something from the classic iriver lineup before this anyday.

How does this compare to a Sansa Fuze?

My Sansa E250 just died (which I'm STILL pissed off about, I loved it) and I'm looking for a replacement. I saw the Sansa Fuze 2GB at Best Buy for $69.99 which is pretty close to Newegg's price ($65.99), then this thing showed up.

To be honest, it got bad reviews.

If you really like the form factor, the E150/250 is a bit better maybe, but of course isn't this cheap. Or again, if you like the form factor, and really want one, then maybe it would be wise to wait for the E50.

The Fuze is much higher regarded... There was a deal on the Fuze a few days/a week or so ago too...
